THE LIGHT OF CHRIST BURNS THROUGH THE CLOUDS OF SELF DECEPTION…

“Share your salvation now with him who stood beside you when you were in hell. He is your brother in the light of the world which saves you both.”

This makes me weep, it is so glorious. I completely love this.

The exercise in this lesson, “My grievances hide the light of the world in me”, is like the perfect metaphor for how to address every single thing in life.

All the thoughts we think we think, the perceptions we come at life with on our own, our reactions and judgments, they are the clouds. If we do this example; have a little faith that, like clouds, they only appear dark and heavy and substantial, impenetrable, when in reality, they are mist. We can always move though them to the light within.

The pivotal thing here is the faith part.

But since ‘our’ way doesn’t deliver the promises it makes, why not take the highway to light this lesson offers. Yes? 

We are not being asked to just drop back into the cosmic trust-fall unassisted. Jesus is so cool. He never leaves us comfortless. This is just one example. We all can slip back into our minds and imagine that the darkness is a cloud cover. We can sense that there is light beneath and within. We can nearly taste the mist of the clouds as they brush our cheeks, dissolving in the warmth of our touch.  We can all lighten up taking this inward journey, in trust of the light within. We can feel the light of joy due to our commitment to finding our light and love and truth. Yes?

 So the transfer of training is as simple as doing this anytime we run up against anger, frustration, sadness, weariness, disappointment and the like. Turn inward, take Jesus’ hand, turn on the Holy Spirit lantern and move past the illusion to the truth of who we really are.

From the first time I went through the lessons I felt a sense of relief and welcome when I came to this lesson’s practice. This was a light in itself for me. I followed instructions and I found peace. I immediately claimed this practice as my own and put it in my spiritual toolbox. It is an access point for me to ask for the Holy Spirit to guide me. When I use it, it works.

 I have learned that my brother is my way to salvation. As I recognize the light of Christ in him, I totally see that I too, share his innocence. It is the way of the Atonement, the miracle in action.

This is how I take my place among the saviors of the world. The appreciation I feel for this recognition, gives me no option. There is nothing else I want to do. I am the light of happiness and I light the world along with you. Thank you. I love you.  

SAVING THE WORLD ONE LIGHT AT A TIME

I am deeply in love with God.

God Love is the constant of my life. I feel it even when I misplace myself in my life and play god with plans and guilt, I feel His Love deep within tugging in my sleeve, pulling me back home. This is the Holy Spirit, awaiting with a smile behind my craziness, a sane and clear perspective to the insanity I am here to forgive… reminding me of my purpose.

 I was sitting with Jesus in my meditation this morning. I was lifted from my self in the frequency of wholehearted gratitude for this unending Love and how it is always reaching me exactly where I’m at…

 I love A Course in Miracles! It has given me the context for sanity in the mixed-up, insane world, where nothing has ever really made sense to me.

From moment one, word one, the Course instantaneously called-up the memory of truth within my mind, and though at the time I first began my relationship with the Course, and I couldn’t wrap my mind around what it was that was so compelling, I was drawn unthinkingly ~ It was my first experience of not trying to fit what I was experiencing into one of my ready-made constructs… I intrinsically knew it was something entirely the opposite of everything I was familiar with. It was like landing in a parallel universe where all the symbols are the same but the meanings~ well, had meaning… I recognized the Voice for God woven into the concepts and applications, as I recognize that Voice within my right-mind.

Then a few years ago in time, which has now collapsed in on itself, as it seems that it was going on all along, I fell madly in love with Jesus! I’m not really sure how it happened. I didn’t seem to be wired-up for the holy-roller, born-again, ‘Jesus love’s you’ stuff.

Yet, here I am: born again, rockin &rollin’ with holy brotherhood of saviors of the world, and hand in hand with Jesus.

Well I am attempting the impossible here to speak of what is actually unspeakable appreciation to Jesus for his unwavering companionship. Yet I am so lifted and inspired that the belly of the share within me, beckons to be expressed. Honored by his living, visible, expression of love through A Course in Miracles, the perfect guidance inward to the Voice we share with God and the eternal love that sustains us as One, I am devoted to his ministry, which is my own.

Who’d have thought?

Here’s what he states clearly in the Clarification of Terms in response to our ego based thought system:

“Your questions have no answer, being made to still God's Voice, which asks of everyone one question only: "Are you ready yet to help Me save the world?"  Ask this instead of what the ego is, and you will see a sudden brightness cover up the world the ego made.  No miracle is now withheld from anyone.  The world is saved from what you thought it was.  And what it is, is wholly uncondemned and wholly pure.”

Are we ready to help Him save the world?

Honestly, after attempting things, ‘my way’, getting no closer to happiness, and then joining with Jesus and having my heart and mind cracked wide open to Love’s light, I can say without reservation, this is my bliss! It is my one purpose which I joyously fulfill through forgiveness and appreciation! You are my one self. How can I be helpful?

Let’s join in the stillness born of innocent perception and ask candidly; ‘Am I ready? Are we ready to stand in singularity for God? Are we ready to join the mighty companions as saviors of the world? Are we willing to lay aside all our own ideas and come with open hearts and empty hands in order to experience the peace and joy of God? Are we willing to teach only love and know that love is ours and we are love?

LISTEN AND LOVE...

I love God. I am learning to hear only His Voice. It’s like listening through a translator for the language of tongues.  So everything my brother’s say is some expression of love… My job is to listen only for that.

When the goal of purpose is singular, which is God, it re-establishes the premise within the mind. Then everything shifts on its axis. The entire experience of the dream becomes a watching from mind, an experience as the dreamer of the dream. And though bodies and things animate within the dream, one is awake to the fact of being the dreamer. As consistency of choice remains steady, each encounter within the dream is brought into the touchstone of truth where it’s assimilation into the whole of love, is accepted as inevitable.

One can only see from the premise assigned by God. It is NOW! It is only Now where God speaks to His Son though the Holy Spirit within mind. It is the Eternal Now; outside the construct of time and space, where communication has never ceased... NOW: unending present peace ~ the presence of God ~ where stillness and quiet are the language of the day and calm extends…forever, now. It speaks the experience of certainty already completed ~ of love all encompassing… where stresses “need not be”…

We can’t leave this Mind~ it is not of our making. Though imagination has tried to pretend a scenario “apart”, this quiet haven will not go away. Haven’t you noticed? Every time you turn around, turn inward, there it is ~ “The Kingdom of God is within ~ the Kingdom of God IS”… and God is the experience of communication. Receiving is my job. Tune-in and God speaks to me always, already now…

As various needs and problems seem to arise throughout the day, we see our special flavor of attachments and aversions, which merely are an attempt to disguise the underlying belief in scarcity. When tuned to the Holy Spirit frequency, those specialties then become the backdrop to forgive; shine the light and happily fulfill the function given us by God.

Now, this can appear much sketchier than I am making out, I know.  The ego puts out a diverse procession of requirements (Hierarchy of needs). It’s trick and slight of hand is to get you to look without at what it is displaying, so you’ll loose your perspective of premise and forget you’re not really here and that the seeming problem appearing is for the purpose of remembering where the solution lies; within the mind, with the Holy Spirit’s perception of abundance inherent in who we are.

 As we consistently choose His guidance and Purpose all specific needs are resolved, often without our even realizing it at the time. The idea of needs eventually dissolves into a single awareness of love, as all the tentacles of scarcity are released and forgiven.

Everything that appears on the stage of life has but one origin. It is an authority issue. It is not past. The past is, well, past. It is nowhere. The problem is a present decision to usurp the power of God. It is the present decision to author oneself. It is merely confusion of identity and has absolutely  nothing to do with the myriad forms and issues that seem so important to solve in the world.

We are training our minds to determinately look and listen within, to fine-tune to the Voice of Reality; to trust, to love, to truth… It is totally opposite in every way to the way the ego has it hard-wired. But the Holy Spirit will systematically rewire the system according to our willingness and trust. Subsequently, we learn to rely only on the truly reliable. And God’s Will is what is reliable. We come to recognize our total dependence on God with infinite gratitude fuelling our being.

We can lean back and trust for the Voice for God is always communicating exactly what we need to hear…I LOVE IT!

SONSHINE~BLESSED SONSHINE~ God is my strength, vision is his gift.

It is a cloudy day here in the world. Yet, I see only light. It’s an inner light I project~ It is the sun of perfect oneness. You might say I see only the Son. I see with the light of forgiveness; a forgiven world.

Here’s where I place my focus as far as my brothers are concerned. Which is, lets face it, everything.

            I am here only to be truly helpful.

            I am here to represent Him Who sent me.

            I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do,

            Because He Who sent will direct me.

I am content to be wherever He wishes,

Knowing He goes there with me.

            I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal.

 I love it!

It’s really something when you absolutely recognize that your brother, each and every one, no matter what, holds the key to your getting everything you want, to Heaven and the peace of God. I don’t mean ‘getting’ it in conceptual terms, I’m talking about SEEING~ you no longer attempt to order your brothers into hierarchies, you accept them completely, with full gratitude, and accept nothing else. Here a joining so grand takes place, the world is healed, as the mind is healed in the recognition of oneness through purpose. We are miracle-workers. We are the light of the world.

 As we accept only God’s strength we trust and see…  

God is my strength, Vision is His gift 

 Listen to this from chapter 16:

            The recognition of the part as whole, and the of the whole in every part is perfectly natural, for it is the God thinks, and what is natural to Him is natural to you. Wholly natural perception would show you instantly that order of difficulty in miracles is quite impossible, for it involves a contradiction of what miracles mean…

            You have done miracles, but it is quite apparent that you have not done them alone. You have succeeded whenever you have reached another mind and joined with it. When tow minds join as one and share one idea equally, the first link in the awareness of the Sonship as one has been made…

Astonishing, yes? Not really, is it? You are familiar with this experience, aren’t you? I know! Awesome isn’t it!

Now here this, from the same section of the text:

            The Host of God has called to you, and you have heard.

Hear that? You know it’s true. Nothing else will ever substitute again…

            Never again will you be wholly willing not to listen.

Yeah! Believe it. And trust…. Look what it says. This is the YEAR OF JOY! Listen:

            This is a year of joy, in which your listen will increase and peace will grow with its increase. The power of holiness and the weakness of attack are both being brought into your awareness…

              Today, let us resolve together to accept the joyful tidings that disaster is not real and that reality is not disaster. Reality is safe and sure, and wholly kind to everyone and everything.

And here it is; the final say:

            There is no greater love than to accept this and be glad. For love ask only that you be happy, and will give you everything that makes for happiness.

Honestly? Who could ask for anything more?
